Shipping policy

We ship everyday before 4:00 pm. We offer expedited mailing options, depending on your location. Once your order is processed, it will go with the mailing same day. Or through UPS the following day. *certain situations will hold it back a few days* Also due to the Post office being closed on a Saturday order will then be fulfilled and sent out on the Monday. 

Canada Post is now available again Flat Rate of $12 per store. Please Provide a physical address for shipping during CANADA POST STRIKE 

If ordering products from both stores. We can ship as one shipment with a refund of one of the delivery costs. Wait time can be up to two weeks and can either make note of this in comments or send us a message through website or facebook. We always try to contact customer for go ahead. 

Every expedited package sent with a tracking number includes $100 insurance automatically. If more insurance is required, please ask. 

If orders are UNDER 1.5 meters of fabric or a single item (unless it is freight sensitive) it will be sent regular post (lettermail) and a refund of $6.00 will be made. If specified that it be sent expediated a refund will not be issued. 

We now offer an expediated flat rate of $25 CAD shipping to the United States. This does not include any custom fees, taxes or duties. We at Mama Bears will fill out any custom forms with the value of the purchase and description of product if needed. (temporarily on hold due to customs issues with Canada Post) 

Any items held at customs is beyond our control, and may be held without notification. 

Local pickup option: If you are local to our shop and would like the pick-up option, you may choose the LOCAL PICKUP option. It will be ready for pickup within 1-2 hours. If wanting local pickup but product is at other store, wait time can be up to two weeks depending on drive times. If you have a specific time or date for pick- up, please add that info in the notes area while placing an order If you are NOT local, we will not ship the item until shipping is paid. Internal moving of inventory also happens with certain items, there may be a wait if local pickup is selected
